DEPOSITS & BOOKING
- A $20 nonrefundable deposit holds your seat — no deposit, no appointment. It goes toward your service total.
- New clients send the deposit by online transfer — CashApp, PayPal, or Zelle.
- When sending, use “friends & family” and an emoji in the note — not “for nail / appointment.”
SCHEDULING & LATE ARRIVALS
- Quality over quantity — plan for about 1.5–2.5 hours depending on your set.
- Before 10:00 AM or after 7:00 PM: +$30 fee.
- 10 minutes late: $15 fee.
- 15–20 minutes late: appointment cancelled + deposit forfeited.
- Time is money — if you expect traffic, leave earlier.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
- Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice.
- Cancelling within 48 hours forfeits your deposit.
- No-shows pay a flat $45 plus a new $20 deposit to rebook.
SERVICE NOTES
- No work over another tech’s set — removal is $15, then a fresh set.
- Fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks and priced the same as a new set (they’re more work).
- A rework within one week of a fresh set is a complimentary fix if it isn’t client-caused — otherwise $4 per nail.
- Nail health comes first — very damaged nails may not be workable (send a photo if unsure).
PAYMENTS
- Cash is preferred for the balance, paid at the end of your appointment.
- Online methods accepted: CashApp, PayPal, Apple Pay, Zelle.
GOOD TO KNOW
- Bringing a guest? Message ahead — please don’t show up with someone unannounced (home-based studio). Dogs are always welcome.
- Coming from a prior tech? Don’t rip them off — come in as-is and they’ll be removed properly.
- Short or bitten nail beds: long extensions aren’t recommended — they grow out and break sooner.
